So I just heard that Dick Cheney was visiting Long Island. "the vice president is here," my dad says after coming back from CompUSA. "The vice president of what?" I counter. "The vice president of the United States, and he's staying at the Marriott."
"Isn't he dead?"
"Dead?"
I realize that the Marriott is across the street from Computer Associates Headquarters.
"It's his android, dad. They're installing Cheney 2.0."
Then he tells me he hears the crack of thunder.
