I'm back...in another state

Weeks have passed. The sun has risen and set. Rains have fallen, crusts of the Earth have shifted...

I am back, but this time I am not in California. I write from New York, where I reside uneasily after a transition that took me across country and to the offices of Maxim Magazine, where I now work on secret fun projects.

Coming soon is a day-by-day account of my road trip, taken a scant ten days or so earlier.
